Less than 50,000 years ago mankind had no art, no religion, no sophisticated symbolism, no innovative thinking. Then, in a dramatic and electrifying change, described by scientists as "the greatest riddle in human history," all the skills and qualities that we value most highly in ourselves appeared already fully formed, as though bestowed on us by hidden powers. In Visionary, Graham Hancock sets out to investigate this mysterious "before-and-after moment" and to discover the truth about the influences that gave birth to modern human mind.

Publisher's Summary
Simple, concise, and radical, Being Human outlines the Entheological Paradigm, a Grand Unified Theory of reality that accounts for not only all of the physical world, but personal consciousness, life, and God as well.
This guide explains the nature of God as a fractal energy being and how this one being works to create all of physical reality and is also embodied in all living beings through the process of evolution. To be human is to be God in a body.
This guide not only explains how this is accomplished through energetic evolution, but also explains how individuals can use entheogenic medicines to learn how to own their personal energy and take responsibility for themselves as unique manifestations and embodiments of God. Free of fluff, mystification, metaphysics, and all religious dogma and illusion, Being Human is the simple, easy-to-follow guide to a fulfilling life in reality that humanity has been waiting for. This is the book that can change the world, and it all begins with you! Welcome, at long last, to reality!
The paperback version of Being Human was first released in 2009 following the author's own personal experience of energetic opening and transformation and is considered a radical and groundbreaking book in entheogenic literature. The audiobook features ambient soundscape backing tracks, occasional sound effects, and is read by the author.

Review Martin Ball book Being Human
This is an amazing contribution for my being human and how to travel the best I can. The awareness how to live with my ego, to tame it, recognize it, and not to let it cause harm and destruction in my life. To know my God Self and how much love I have for myself and others. Thank you Martin Ball. The world is inhabited by all those egos, not aware how dangerous the ego master is. Another war around the corner ? Everything repeats itself? Our boys sacrificed again?
Martin Ball you facilitated my own awakening process. Thank you Zahria Ewald
