A distraction
If you've liked other Katie Fforde books you'll likely enjoy this one too. A slightly different story with some endearing characters. Let's not pretend it's high-level literature, but it is an enjoyable distraction.

Poorly written, predictable storyline. Awful!
This book is poorly written, with obvious prose, stilted dialogue and ridiculous characters who don't ring true. I could not get through it. I cannot believe this sort of rubbish is published.
