This is NOT a Katie Flyn success this time
I have enjoyed Katie Flynns books for a long time and LOVE Anne Dover narrations.
BUT this book was impossible to get into. The whole story seemed to be based on a long conversation between two girls in a milking shed very early on in the second chapter. The conversation covered a whole lot of background history and names that were hard to imagine who they were and where they fitted.
I gave up after two attempts to replay these first few chapters and understand the plot from there on. In the end I returned the book to Audible.
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
