Publisher's Summary
One ghost from the past. Two unknown Australian monsters eating people. Three men who won’t let either problem win.
Familiars of choice, healing old wounds, Australian mythology (yes, Nico and Wicky are in Australia): it goes about as well as anyone could expect.
With giant amphibians of unusual size that stump even the MAD research department, Wicky may have summoned Godzilla (in his defense he was left unsupervised).
The next time they have to travel to a different continent Bel is drugging Nico first...

Aussie Accent!
From an Aussie who enjoys your books please just get an actual Australian. My god what was that! Cross between Kiwin and I have no idea. We do not sound like that!

Entertaining
Great storyline - lots of action, sexy and otherwise. I adore the interactions of all the characters including the irrepressible Wickie. Not to mention the hellhounds!
My only disappointment was the Aussie accent - it was truly horrendous and not like we speak at all. Other than that performance was top notch and very entertaining

Fun
This was a fun ride, as an Aussie I had a laugh at some of the storyline and accents. Overall they did a good job and as always the book was highly entertaining.

Fun, fun, fun
Loved reading this book, so bought the audio to listen at work. For me, narration is the major factor in whether I enjoy an audiobook. The narrators did a great job with the main characters and the personalities shine through their voices. A minor quibble, but the Aussies sound like Kiwis.
I’m hoping for more books about Bel and the Riyah family.

An enjoyable distraction
An enjoyable if predictable book. Pretty bad Australian accents but points for trying. Story line would have been much better if it had really engaged with Aboriginal mythology in a meaningful way.
