The Pink Pistol

The Pink Pistol is a story that evolved from a contest by Outlaws Publishing LLC. In January 2017, a call went out for wannabe authors to sign up to win a one year contract with Western Publisher, Outlaws Publishing. The first part of a Western story was given and the author was supposed to finish it in their own words. Outlaws is very pleased to announce the first entrant is Manuela Schneider. She did a great job with The Pink Pistol, therefore winning that coveted one year contract.

The Pink Pistol is about a female sheriff. She became sheriff after her father, who was sheriff, was killed. She had been her father's deputy and it was the logical choice to step in as sheriff. She's a spunky girl, but still has a hard time overcoming the prejudice against a female being sheriff. She doesn't take any guff from anybody. Her first day on the job, she had to face down the local bully. It seemed the whole town was watching for her to fail. However, she was up to the task, hitting her opponent in the head with her 45.

The tragic adventure of pink pistol Sheriff Liberty Belle continues as she gets closer to her father's murderer. But that outlaw and his brothers know of her and plan to set up a deadly trap. Liberty Belle has no idea of the danger she is in while Victorio tries to race against time to come to her help before it is too late and an unexpected stranger of the Apache tribe might turn into Liberty's only hope for survival....
