During the Warring States period, a young ninja named Chotaro is tasked with protecting a lady named Teruhi. Through their journey, they develop a romantic bond, but Chotaro’s loyalty is tested when his clan orders her assassination. Choosing to betray his code to save her, he becomes a deserter and faces a desperate struggle against his former allies. In their moment of peril, Oda Nobunaga arrives to rescue them, revealing that Chotaro is actually his nephew. The story ends as Chotaro embraces his royal bloodline and a new destiny.
