Story
Let’s Talk Better Forestry is a podcast for anyone who cares about how we do forestry – and how we might do it better. Hosted by Morag Paterson from the Forest Policy Group, this series takes a slower, more reflective look at the people, practices, and policies shaping Scotland’s woodlands today.Through honest, thoughtful, and sometimes messy conversations, we go beyond the headlines to hear from the foresters, land managers, and thinkers working on the ground. Each episode is a chance to explore real experiences, big ideas, and the tensions that sit between them, with space for ...

Story
The World Trade Center stood tall and majestic, glistening in the sun, beckoning me to enter into its tall glass revolving doors one summer day in 1979. I worked there for 21 years until it was tragically destroyed on September 11, 2001. While the audiobook recounts the two devastating disasters of 1993 and 2001, it also tells of the many fond memories of life at the World Trade Center. Now that the towers are gone, the joy of life at the World Trade Center remains in my memory.

Story
His winning percentage was well above Jordan’s shooting average or Woods’s domination of golf tournaments. And he sold products and drew spectators like no one had ever done. He was hands down the most famous athlete in America’s most popular spectator sport, and exactly one hundred years ago you would have been hard pressed to find anybody in the country who didn’t know his name. He was Dan Patch, and he was a racehorse.
