सगळे एकत्र सिनेमा बघायला गेल्यावर घडलेल्या एका प्रसंगामुळे, एकमेकांचे relationship problems एकमेकांना कळतात. आयुष्यातले problems कितीही embarrassing असले तरी आपण मित्र म्हणून ते एकमेकांशी बोलायला हवे आहेत या अबीरच्या म्हणण्याला सगळेजण सहमती दर्शवतात.

अबीर आणि कृतिका date वर जातात. इकडे कार्तिकला काव्या आवडू लागली आहे हे तो मधुराला सांगतो. मधुरा वैतागून आपलं secret सुद्धा कार्तिक ला सांगून टाकते. आपल्याला 'कृतिका कोण?' हे का माहीत नाही, यावरून काव्या चिडून बसते. अबीर कुणालाही काहीही कल्पना न देता कृतिकाला या चौघांच्या WhatsApp Group मध्ये add करतो. सगळे चिडतात.

घरच्यांच्या हट्टापायी जबरदस्ती सिनेमामध्ये काम करावं लागत असलेल्या मधुराला काय करावं हा मोठा प्रश्न पडतो. अबीर नव्यानेच ओळख झालेल्या कृतिका नावाच्या मुलीविषयी मधुराशी बोलायला येतो. तेव्हा तिच्या डोक्यात अबीरविषयी वेगळीच चक्रं फिरू लागतात.

आजोबा एका special पार्टीसाठी या चौघांनाही आमंत्रण देतात. मैत्री म्हणजे नक्की काय याचं चोख उदाहरण ते या चौघांना नकळतपणे देतात. आपल्यामधल्या नात्यांचा गुंता काही नवीन आणि जगावेगळा नाहीये हे एका वेगळ्याच पद्धतीने अबीर, कार्तिक, मधुरा आणि काव्याला कळतं.

घडलेला प्रकार अबीर कार्तिकला सांगतो आणि त्यालाही काय करावं समजत नाही. अबीर मधुराला घडलेल्या प्रकाराबद्दल जाब विचारतो. मधुरा आपल्या मनातलं त्याला सांगून टाकते. या सगळ्यात अबीर आणि कृतिकाच्या नात्याला हलकासा तडा जातो. सगळे पुन्हा पुण्याला याला निघतात; पण काव्या न मिळालेल्या उत्तरांमुळे वाटेत सगळ्या गोष्टींचा तमाशा घालून बसते.

अबीर आजोबांसोबत जुन्या आठवणी ताज्या करण्यात रमतो. सगळे समुद्रावर फिरायला जातात. जेवण झाल्यानंतर अबीर आणि कृतिका फिरायला म्हणून बाहेर जातात पण इकडे मधुराचा तिळपापड होत असतो. या सगळ्या गडबडीत मधुराकडून एक मोठी चूक होऊन बसते, ज्यामुळे खूप मोठा problem होऊन बसतो. कार्तिक काव्यासमोर तिच्याविषयीच काहीतरी चुकून बरळून जातो पण तिच्या ते फारसं लक्षात येत नाही.

कार्तिकला काव्या आवडते हे अबीरला कळतं. कोकणात घडलेल्या प्रकारानंतर आजोबांनी सोपवलेल्या कामानिमित्त चौघेही पहिल्यांदाच समोरा समोर येतात. गोष्टी पूर्वीसारख्या राहिलेल्या नसतात; पण सगळं आधीसारखं व्हावं यासाठी कार्तिक मनापासून प्रयत्न करत असतो.
