Bay Winchester and Landon Michaels are looking for a romantic outing, revisiting the past now that they know they met as children. When a local group home for orphaned children goes up in smoke right before the holidays, Tillie Winchester volunteers her family to take in some kids - even though her arch nemesis Margaret Little is dead-set against it. Three boys - all of them with a little attitude - have no idea what to expect from the Winchester household. Tillie is determined to prove the boys are innocent while also finding them a forever home...even if she has to take on a local judge and declare all-out war.

Aunt Tillie is on a rampage - what else is new, right? - and she's about to teach her nieces a lesson about messing with her. Bay and her cousins believe Aunt Tillie is a little too involved with her soap operas, so she curses them into a world that's one big soap opera...and it's one created in Aunt Tillie's convoluted mind. That's on top of Aunt Tillie, the diva of the story, who has not only an evil twin but an eviler one, too.

Christmas is here, but the Winchester witches aren't exactly teeming with good cheer. Well, they are, but it's not the sort of Christmas cheer Aunt Tillie wants waiting for her under this year's tree. When Aunt Tillie finds out her great-nieces want to separate for Christmas Day - forgoing the family's annual tradition - she decides to teach them a little lesson. Of course, since she's Aunt Tillie, her dose of retribution comes in the form of her favorite holiday Christmas stories.

Twila thinks everything is going to be fun and games even though she has one daughter, two nieces, and one mischievous aunt to contend with. She's focused on cooking and having a good time...until a roving troupe of renaissance performers make camp on the Winchester property and trouble starts brewing. When the head of the group starts making predictions - and, unfortunately, gets left behind - Twila has her hands full.

She wants to prove that marriage has softened her - nothing ever could - and the way she’s going to do that is by rocking the news world with something monumental. Then a body drops in her neighborhood, only blocks away from her house, and the hunt is on. The victim is divorced, having an affair with a married coworker, and generally unlikable. Avery has multiple places to look for a suspect...and then another woman dies only a block away from Avery’s house, and the entire dynamic of the story changes.

All that changes when a local teenager goes missing at a festival and nobody knows who took her. The girl’s friends saw the abduction, but the description they provide doesn’t match anybody in town. The only other witness is Marcus, her cousin Thistle’s boyfriend, and he was seriously injured in the attack and can’t provide additional information.
