Mauro Assante è, prima di ogni altra cosa, un uomo serio: ha sempre lavorato con scrupolo estremo, guadagnandosi incarichi di crescente responsabilità nell'istituzione in cui presta servizio, l'authority preposta al controllo della trasparenza delle banche italiane.
