My personal journey of wellness and illness has been treacherous at times, but very enlightening and full of experience carrying wisdom and truth. I was forced to make time for my illness and, thankfully, I found my way back to wellness. I have worn many hats as a healthcare provider, which presented me with many points of view about wellness and illness. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until I explored this journey as an unhealthy patient that I truly understood more about it. Thankfully, I have a medical background that gave me a bird’s eye view of the road back to wellness.
