On a dirt road in Barranquilla, Colombia sometime in the 1970's a mother of baby twin boys is forced to make the most difficult decision of her life. One of her sons grows to become a major part of the Cali Cartel drug trafficking world. The other boy's life remains a mystery until the drug dealer son begins searching for his lost twin.
