There's an old house that is the center of many speculations and whispers from the folks back in town. This house was the center of an atrocious occurrence that left many of the animals in the area dead, some dissolved. Then one day, it all just seemed to go away; forgotten as if nothing happened.

A city-owned marijuana farm, Green Acres Hill, doubles as an experimental laboratory for weaponizing weed. Disaster strikes the facility when Shane and Bruce, petty criminals, break in and make off with some of the deadly strains. But then his friend Dustin finds something that could change his fortune: at an estate sale a thousand miles away is the rarest of all Star Wars collectibles: a one-of-a-kind action figure that they could resell for six figures. All they have to do is drive to Texas to buy it before the greedy local comic shop owner Jeff Reynolds gets to it first.
