Bridge and Nicole take up the case of a missing woman. After getting hired by the woman’s sister, Bridge and Nicole quickly determine this is not just another missing persons case. There are a number of women who have disappeared in similar circumstances. As they investigate, they follow the trail to Europe, where they mix it up with an international sex trafficking ring and find more than they bargained for.

After the circumstances of Agent 17's death, the CIA turns to a specialist to help track down the man they think is responsible - John Smith. Though Recker knows Centurion is coming, he doesn't change how he operates and winds up on police surveillance cameras. Feeling the walls closing in, Jones wants to pack up and move to a new city, though Recker has reservations about leaving. It all boils down to a final confrontation between Recker and his former employers - one he may not survive.

Alex Parker and Jim Cole are back for another assignment, this time dealing with a highly sought after Russian crime syndicate. As her time at the CIA as one of their top "Ghosts" winds down, a series of events unfolds that makes her question whether she should leave, or remain in the only role she's ever known. Further complicating matters is her relationship with Ryan Turner, who has also joined the company, and his family.

Someone is after Mike Recker. After coming close with a drive-by shooting, Recker and the team try to figure out who is behind the operation before they try again. As they uncover a name, they also discover his connections to Vincent’s organization. Is Vincent secretly trying to finally take the Silencer out of the picture? Or is there someone else—someone who may have a connection to Recker’s past? Is it actually Vincent behind the plot? Is the CIA coming back to him? Or someone that Recker previously had a conflict with?

Cain, still reeling from the attack on his girlfriend, gets even more suspicious of Project Specter when they send him to Russia to find Dmitri Kurylenko, a man he has already secretly killed. After another attempt on his life, he soon learns of the agency's involvement in keeping his memory from him and sets to meet with a man who seems to know everything.

Bridge and Nicole are swept into a case involving spies and mercenaries. Before they even know what hits them, they’re ambushed, and taken prisoner. They’re split up, and with no one knowing where they are, they’re left to their own devices. Escaping is almost impossible. Bridge is beaten into submission, while Nicole gets put into the hands of a crazed doctor who’s intent on wiping her memories and planting new ones, all in the hopes of turning her into Russia’s newest secret agent. One thing’s for certain. No one is getting out of this unscathed.

It's a normal day for The Silencer team. On a routine mission, though, things are about to get strange. Recker locks eyes with a foreign agent he crossed paths with years ago. The only problem is the man is supposed to be dead. And Recker was the one that killed him. Is he seeing a lookalike? Or is he really seeing the ghost of a man he thought he once killed?

Jones intercepts a message from someone reaching out for Haley for assistance. The Silencers split up temporarily, with Haley out of town and helping someone from his past. Recker is left to deal with an impending threat from someone he is all too familiar with, who is once again upping his efforts to gain more control of the city. With the help of Malloy, Recker will meet this growing menace head-on as Vincent’s grip of the city starts to loosen.

Bridge and Nicole are hired to find a man who stole a million dollars from his employer. Unfortunately, it’s not that easy to find him. The man has fled the country, and has numerous aliases, leading Bridge and Nicole to question everything they come across. Will they be able to find him and bring him back to justice, or will he slip away, leaving them holding the short end of the stick?

Cari Porter's in France. She's hoping that her former apartment holds some answers in helping her to remember who she used to be. And maybe she's found something. There's a name, a passport, and a bank account. But is it actually hers? Or is it something that Dark Sky has planted in her apartment, hoping to draw her into a trap?

After getting back from London, Recker and the team are immediately swept up in Vincent and Nowak's feud again. Though they initially refuse in getting involved, their minds are changed when they start getting ambushed. Recker is ambushed in an alley while trying to prevent a jewelry store heist, Haley has his car blown up in trying to track down the suspects, and Tyrell's relationship with Recker is found out, leaving him in a vulnerable position.

Somebody is shooting police officers. After several killings, and no progress on finding the shooter by the police department, Recker is asked to lend a hand. One of Vincent's men inside the department, a homicide detective, reaches out to the Silencer, setting up a meeting through Vincent. As Recker, Haley, and Jones investigate the killings, they start to find more questions than answers, and realize that everything is not as cut and dried as it seems.

With the events of the hospital still fresh in their minds, The Scorpions are regrouping and ready to wage war. With Recker being their main target, they’ll do anything to lure him into their grasp, including taking his partner hostage. Will The Silencer get there in time to save his friend, or will Haley pay the price for his partner’s sins?

Another menacing force has entered the city. The Tri-State Scorpions have migrated from New Jersey and are looking to make the city their own. Recker and the team have plans to stop them, but it will come at a cost. After one of the leaders of the Scorpions gets in a shootout with Haley, he is transported to a local hospital where Mia is working. The Scorpions take over the hospital, causing it to go on lockdown. After receiving a troublesome text message that indicates Mia is in some type of danger, Recker must find a way to get into the hospital and save her before it's too late.

Recker and Jones go hunting to add a third member to the team. After an exhaustive search, Jones has finally found the perfect candidate.

After six months away in Detroit, Recker and Jones return their operation to Philadelphia. They're almost immediately thrown into trying to prevent a cop killing. They also come back to find things aren't quite the way they left them. One of the city's crime leaders tries to force Recker's hand, by using Mia as bait, in helping them take control of the city. Despite getting the cold shoulder from Mia initially upon his return, Recker works hard at freeing her from danger, taking her to the only place he knows she'll be safe.

Porter has made her way to the UK. She finds the hotel that she and Chesney supposedly stayed at, hoping that the room would somehow bring back a few of her memories. But Dark Sky is still in pursuit of her, and this time, after leaving a few dead bodies in their wake, they finally catch up to her. Will Dark Sky finish Porter off for good? Or will they try to bring her in to help her regain her memory and put her back into the program?

Recker’s time away is cut short when tragedy hits the team. He comes back to find that someone is targeting them. The question is who? Is it a new enemy that they have to deal with? Or is it someone from their past, who has regrouped to try and get revenge for their prior skirmishes?

Recker’s weary, tired, and ready for a break. Believing that Recker might leave for an extended vacation, and instead of letting Haley fly solo for a while, Jones goes hunting to add another member to the team. He settles on a former CIA agent named Paxton Phillips. They are all hopeful that Phillips will blend into the group as easily as Haley once did. Unfortunately, they are not so lucky. Phillips does not necessarily share the same beliefs as the rest of the team, and he instantly clashes with Vincent’s men.

Hall is approached by a marketing executive, asking him to check in on the man's son who has been acting strange as of late. Though it initially looks like a boring case, marked by possible infidelities, the case quickly spirals out of control, and they soon realize there is more than meets the eye. As Hall and Charlotte investigate, several dead bodies pop up, and they are aided by the mysterious James Rankin, who has his own reasons for helping.
