Jonathan Edwards is often referred to as America’s greatest theologian. He lived from 1703-1758, and was used by God in the American Great Awakening. Justification by Faith Alone was a printed discourse based on the sermons he had preached on Justification during the 1730s that led to a great revival among the people in his area. This audiobook is read from Edwards’ original text with only a few minor changes to make it more understandable to the listener.

Using this dual imagery of the Lion and the Lamb, Edwards magnified Christ in his majestic person as both God and man. For the Christian, this sermon is pure exaltation, pure enjoyment, and pure worship.

This classic by Horatius Bonar is essential to any true minister of the gospel or serious Christian teacher. It greatly helps clarify the central purpose of the gospel minister in calling men to Christ. It also aids in identifying the numerous problems that can creep into the life of a minister through carelessness and indifference.
