This collection came about while sitting outside, and the poems were inspired by James's brain, which often runs amok. The book contains items from cowboys to clothespins. One poem was inspired by the love of Western movies. It is amazing how once the brain begins to rhyme, themes just seem to come together in poetic form. Memories, past experiences, common objects, and random thoughts have all come together to produce the compilation of poems included in this book.

Four hours later, the world watched as six aliens--as human as we are--descend from their ship. Their leader, Darius, announces that they are a first-contact delegation from the planet Parmithia. They know that Earth is suffering from severe agricultural and environmental crises. Their technology could solve most of these problems. Yet such power can also be used to destroy, something that Darius and his people will not allow.

Always With Me is a true story about the life of Moses Macias as he grew up in and out of the hospital for twenty-one years. He was born with spina bifida and cleft lip. As a result, he would have to endure dozens of surgeries as he would fight for his life growing up. Always With Me also details other struggles of growing up disabled such as bullying, depression, suicide, medical abuse, sexual abuse, and pain of receiving medical treatment throughout his life. Despite all the trauma he endures in life, he finds his faith in God.

Billy is a typical middle-grade boy who is excited to be spending his summer vacation with his grandparents in Indiana. He is super excited because this time, he is going alone. He will soon discover though that going by himself isn't the most special part of the trip. One of the things he wanted to be sure to bring is the brand-new camera that he received for his birthday. In the rush to get to the airport, he forgets it. Little did he know how much he will miss it as his vacation turns out to be far more than he could have ever imagined!

When a person is physically abused, it can be easily identified as we see the scars, bruises, the black eye, and signs of broken bones. However, what about when a person is being mentally, emotionally, and/or verbally abused? The signs are not so easy to spot; we do not recognize the symptoms because we do not know what to look for. Mental, emotional, and verbal abuse leave scars on our minds, our hearts, our emotions, our feelings, and our thoughts about ourselves and others.

Science theories regard these quests as products of chance permutations. Religion and mysticism claim, on the other hand, that human origin, human purpose of existence, and the future trajectory of human civilization had been predetermined by a supreme intelligence that would lead humankind to perfection and the attainment of holiness and heaven.

This book is about my life of addiction and living through it. I have had ups and downs and lost many friends. I am in recovery, and the work never stops. Every day you think about it. I have learned to rely on the tools I was given and the support of my family. This is my story.
