Bibi and Tina are horrified: Ringmaster Rondelli wants to take his pony Snoopy to the butcher because it can't jump high enough anymore. The two friends want to save Snoopy. But how? It's winter in Falkenstein, there's snow everywhere. When Mikosch comes to visit, to everyone's surprise, he brings skis with him. He shows Bibi, Tina and Alex how to be pulled by horses. “Skijoring” is great fun for everyone. But then suddenly a blizzard hits Falkenstein!

Bibi and Tina got a whole truckload of pumpkins. But what are they going to do with it? When they meet the nice Mill Farm holiday children, Bibi has an idea: a huge end-of-holiday pumpkin festival! But there is one problem, the holiday children are leaving soon and the preparations will probably take a few days.

What's the matter with Max and Moritz? The two carriage ponies easily overtake Bibi and Tina on their horses while racing. Then they effortlessly pull a broken train into the station! Bibi assures everyone that she did not use her magic on the pony twins. But where did their superpowers come from so suddenly?

Bibi and Tina are happy: the beaver family at the Mill Stream has had offspring. But there are problems at the Mill Farm. Everything is completely submerged. For the Mill Farm Farmer it is clear that the beavers are to blame and have to go! The new forest ranger also wants to relocate the animals. Bibi and Tina are determined to prevent this.

The Count actually promised Bibi, Tina and Alex a rematch – at their next birthday! But that's a long way away. Then Bibi has an idea: There was no explicit mention of a “human birthday”. So a birthday party is soon being prepared: for Max and Moritz, the pony twins.
