This rich and very beautiful girl returns to her native Chennai from Singapore, after a couple of years of married life. There is a dearth of romance in her married life. She gets curious to meet the young man on whom she had a crush earlier. He too is already married. It was he who had rejected the proposal to marry her earlier. What is her reaction when she meets her ex crush?

This is a story with a spiritual background. Sebastian, a Christian fisherman, sees a Hindu sage repeatedly in his dreams, where the sage seems to be coming to rescue him from the fury of lava flowing from a volcano. He comes to know that the sage indeed lives in a Chennai suburb. Out of curiosity, he goes to meet the sage. He was both confused as well as attracted by the sage's quirky speeches and behavior.

Oldman Venkatesan goes to meet his longtime friend Visu at the old age home. He was impressed by Visu's comfortable and independent lifestyle at the Home, without leaning on or longing for the support of his well-to-do sons and daughters. Visu tempts his friend to join the home like him. Venkatesan gets disturbed, as he starts mulling over the seemingly negligent and callous behavior of his son and daughter in law who are taking care of him.
