Reich und berühmt um jeden Preis? Tobey ist dazu bestimmt, ein Star zu sein, das spürt er ganz genau! Zu dumm nur, dass seine langweiligen Eltern, die den Wetterbericht für einen Höhepunkt der Fernsehunterhaltung halten, so gar kein Verständnis für seine hochfliegenden Träume haben! Dabei weiß Tobey einfach, dass seine Zukunft vor der Kamera liegt! Doch zu seiner maßlosen Enttäuschung lehnt ihn die Casting-Show "Wolke Sieben" ab.
