I made spaghetti for my hot arch nemesis, kissed him, then somehow ended up mated to him. Planned? No. Desired? Also no. When we get there, I learn that a large faction of his people want him dead, so they paid in blood and magic for an ancient assassin to hunt him down. Our mate bond should hide him from the monster, but if his people find out about it, we'll be executed. And the bond itself?
