Yes, I killed all the supervillians housed in the Grayville Ultramax Prison. I’m sure some, like the Shadow Knight, would consider that to be crossing a line and an unforgivable act of an unrepentant mass murderer. I consider it another high-performance day on the job. If the Shadow Knight has a problem with it, he knows where to find me. I really hope he does have a problem.

Ever since I discovered that I can kill magical creatures, trap their souls in precious gems, and use them to cast spells of my own, I haven’t had a moment’s rest. I have to balance my academics with learning how to use my powers and capture more souls in more gems to grow my spell collection. All the while avoiding angry aristocrats, nosy professors, criminal mobsters, and evil dwarves bent on destroying the civilized kingdoms. Luckily, I have some handy magic, a super awesome foxgirl and the hottest elven girl in school by my side, so nothing can stop me.

It's the best. And not just because I'm in it. No. Well, yes. I’m in it, and I always do a fantastic job with everything.

A month ago, I was a lowly alchemist who was a glorified handyman for the magic academy. Then, I learned I had the contraband ability to capture the souls of magical beings inside gems and use them to cast magic of my own. Now, I’m the big man on campus. I’m rubbing shoulders with the elite of our kingdom, and I’m trying to topple a crime syndicate that’s working with our worst enemies.

Milton may have once been a mild-mannered delivery driver, but now, he is one of the top agents in a magical fae guild with blood magic at his very fingertips and a team of gorgeous, badass faerie women around him. Through two books he's been funny, handsome, and beaten odds that would have made ordinary men cry like losers. This third book though, I'm telling you, this book is amazing. More of everything you love. Edge-of-your-seat alien battles on fantastic worlds? Win. Smoking hot alien babes who are total 10s? Win. Enough heart and guts from the main character to fill one of my incredible hotels? Win.

Tremendous. Tremendously tremendous. Tremendous in its tremendocity. That is how I would describe book four in the Arena series. I say so. Everyone says so. But mostly, I say so. My best friend, Marc Havak, who I hand-picked to represent the planet Earth in an interstellar gladiatorial competition, has kicked-butt and taken names, as I knew he would. Everyone I pick wins. And they win bigly. But this audiobook, wow, this one is amazing. Intense action with yours truly saving the day and telling these alien losers how much they suck? You're hired.
