We men often have a difficult time making commitments to those special women in our lives. There is some virtue that drew you to that special woman in your life, and if you continue to see that value in her, why not commit all that you are and all that you have to her? This book is my attempt to sound an alarm for my brothers to love these women or leave them alone.

Todays "free-market" philosophy of one dollar, one vote has all but eclipsed the traditional one person, one vote values of our grandparents' generation. Our democratic and humanitarian concepts of "all for one, one for all" and "we're all in this together" have all but vanished. It's not my intention to start a political discussion about the rights and wrongs of national or international fiscal policies. I do not wish to delve into the wheeler-dealing of money markets and the distribution of corporate wealth.

There are rarely ever brand-new ideas. Inventions are often old ideas recycled, enhanced, and marketed in a new method and format. This is all called freewheeling innovation, and this is how society (and technology) progresses. You cannot be afraid to take someone else's ideas, improve on them, and claim them as your own. This "thievery" is almost the lifeline of innovation.

From my experience, and looking from a more objective standpoint, writing is a business or career path just like any other. We all learn basic components of writing when we're in school - reading, grammar, spelling and so on.

Motivation is both simple and complex. The definition itself is simple - the internal process and external factors that drive us toward a given goal. The ideas behind and the nuances within motivation, however, are complicated.
