I was diagnosed as autistic in 2022 and feel strongly that autism is not taken seriously enough in the workplace (and with 21st century pressures, I feel the situation is getting worse). I'm now the neurodiversity representative at my place of work (over 12,000 staff: not sure how many are ND!) and in keeping with my true autistic self, I will be honest and frank as I work towards making the workplace more safe for neurodiverse staff.I have a youtube channel as well: the content will be more-or-less the same as here. But he is a God who is high and lifted up, the Creator rather than the creature, someone than whom none greater can be conceived.
