Ihr bester Freund, der Regenwurm Schorsch, verdächtigt den verfressenen Gänserich Günter etwas mit diesem Verschwinden zu tun zu haben. Bald suchen alle vergeblich nach dem Blümchen und finden stattdessen die Zauneidechse Elli. Auch sie hat etwas Wichtiges verloren, nämlich ihr Schwänzchen. Monika und Schorsch wollen helfen und versuchen das Schwänzchen zu reparieren.

Im Garten wird es langsam dunkel und die kleine Schnecke Monika Häuschen spielt mit ihrem besten Freund, dem Regenwurm Schorsch, Geisterjagd. Leider fällt der gelehrte Graugänserich Herr Günter dabei auf seinen Bürzel. Wie gut, dass mit Waschbär Rambo ein echter Superheld aus Amerika auftaucht und ihm hilft. Herr Günter weiß aber nicht nur, warum ein Waschbär sein Essen wäscht, sondern auch, dass Rambo Appetit auf Schnecken und Regenwürmer hat. Wird es jetzt etwa gefährlich für Monika und Schorsch?

Die wichtigste Regel ist, dass weder Lehrer noch Schüler als Pausensnack verzehrt werden dürfen. Schon bimmelt die Schulglocke im Gemüsebeet und jeder darf für eine Unterrichtsstunde Lehrer sein, weil jeder etwas anderes besonders gut kann.

Das witzige neue Monika Häuschen-Hörspiel für alle neugierigen Kinder, die mehr über die Tierwelt wissen wollen! Die kleine Schnirkelschnecke Monika Häuschen und ihr bester Freund, der Regenwurm Schorsch, machen Sommerurlaub! Zusammen mit dem gelehrten Graugänserich Günter fliegen sie an den Gänseteich. Dort sorgt Wasserläufer Wassili als Bademeister für Ordnung und Spaß. Er veranstaltet einen Sandburgenbauwettbewerb und macht einen Schwimmlehrgang mit Monika und Schorsch.
