Rocky Mountain Cold Cases is a true crime podcast hosted by true crime fan Rachel and true crime newbie Adam. This podcast provides a casual overview of both cold cases and murder mysteries that have taken place near the Rocky Mountain region (New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana). As we continue to find these true crime mysteries, we may occasionally drift outside the rocky mountain area for special episodes or whenever we feel like it. Either way. I spent some of the darkest months of my life struggling to find a reason to get up in the morning. In my first awakening, I disassociated from my parents. My first husband cheated on me. My second husband carried on long affairs over the course of 15 years and told me he regretted ever bringing a child into the world with me. I had convinced myself that I wasn’t fit to be a mother, a spouse, or a daughter. Other than being a good accountant, I could find no value within myself to offer the world.

My life truly started the day I woke up and realized that the emotional abuse of my childhood had distorted the lens through which I see myself and the world around me.

Ivy League universities can no longer be trusted to produce well-educated students. Even a cursory review of the course titles at top schools shows that these $320,000-plus diplomas may confer legacy prestige to graduates, but not necessarily knowledge or wisdom. At Cornell, for example, students can take Queer Girlhood and Intersectional Disability Studies. Even worse, these courses actually fulfill general education requirements.
