The beautiful coastal village is too small and it's impossible to hide when you're a target. They know I'm different. They knew when I was a young girl and they know now. They're just waiting for the proof. They're all waiting for me to screw up like I always do. What they don't know is, I'm not staying. I'll take my scowling shifters - hopefully before they literally rip into one of the many hateful villagers - and I'll find the Solstice Queen. I'll find that mysteriously dangerous mage again if it's the last thing I do.

Everything I thought I knew was a lie. Roman isn't the rightful ruler of this realm. The Night Witch and her followers were never our allies. And the beast that lives inside of me is far deadlier than I ever could have imagined. We just have to hide my shifter for a little longer. We just have to make it through the cruel tests of the hell fae.

To stop the chaos, sacrifice is all that’s needed to make everything right again. The gods gave the realm of the living a Goddess of Love. She just has to give the world all of her love.

Nothing perfect ever lasts. For the first time in my entire life, I've found a community that accepts me. The village of dragon shifters knows what it's like to be different. These men care about me. And I care about them. I might even love them. Among all that perfection, terror creeps in. It haunts this place during the night. In Wonderland, there can only be one Alice. A series of absurd trials and dangerous games are the only way to solve who is the real Alice and who is the fake. If I win, I'll have the power to save two kingdoms. If I lose, it'll be more than just the Hatter who's lethally mad.

I didn’t fall into a place of wonder and madness. I was taken. This world is a perfect, enchanting wonderland. The people here are just as alluring. But we all have our secrets. Like the white rabbit who’s leading a rebellion right under the King’s nose. Or the sweet March Hare who’s actually an enemy spy. Or my one true ally in all of this, a killer who’s so feared they won’t even say his real name.

The Bliss, as they call it, isn't a perfect nirvana. It's conniving and twisted torment waiting for me to fall into the council’s claws at any moment. But I'm not sticking around to be their newest torment target. I've got my own kingdom of doom to deal with. And saving the lives of those deliciously wicked men of mine is more important than the inevitable deadly chaos in all the realms.

I'm surrounded by the very people I vowed revenge upon. Instead of lashing out with sharp blades and knives, I'm stuck buying my time. I need the Shadow Guard's help if I'm going to save my demon mates from the claws of my enemies. The Shadow Guard are just like myself. They're made entirely from secrets, lies, and deadly dark magic, and now it's all spreading around us like wildfire. Nothing about vengeance is ever easy though. The chaos that surrounds me, it's like coming home. And my kingdom of a home, it's all about to come crashing down.

Life isn't a fairytale. Prince charming doesn't exist. And I'm not a queen. Instead I'm stuck in the iron kingdom with a demented prince, and what lucky role do I get in all of this: sex toy for his royal highness. That's the regal title I get: play thing for the Iron Prince. It's the safest thing for me though. Because Cordelia is searching for long forgotten secrets. If I'm not careful, she'll know what I've been hiding all along.

We're so far lost not even magic can save us now. But the Fae of this lost realm can offer more than just safety from the cruel Queen of the Shadow Court. They have something much more powerful than all the magic in the world. And that's secrets.

College and exams are a thing of the past, and cruel Queens and dark magic are now trying to kill me on the daily. All because a seer says a true heir to the crown exists: A lost child. A girl. Just like me.
