For years, I didn’t know I was traumatized. I thought I was just too emotional, too sensitive, too needy. I had panic attacks I couldn’t explain, burned out from people-pleasing, and kept ending up in relationships that drained me. I minimized everything: “It wasn’t that bad.” But the truth? I was living with Complex PTSD. And it didn’t matter how hard I worked, meditated, or journaled - it kept coming back.
