Sunni and Shiite alike use more than 70 clinics in Iran, which has a very high infertility rate - and these in vitro fertilization clinics (the most advanced in the world) are doing their best to change the numbers. Most interesting is how religion pops up around the practice of using a fertility clinic.

Today, Susie breaks open two controversial topics: incest - and justice. She begins with the most provocative child-abuse accusation to enter the public's awareness in years - Dylan Farrow vs. Woody Allen - and ends with an argument for justice that is ageless. Susie ponders the question of what we are supposed to think when celebrities take to the press about their family abuse. Is it about money? Is it about immortality? Or is it just more of the screwed-up lives that Hollywood produces so effortlessly?

Susie hopes the Easter bunny hears her request to forgo the eggs and chocolates and instead brings her one of those new and oh-so-realistic life-size sex dolls! Yes, sex trafficking is criminal and one of the cruelest forms of slavery - but don't lump sex work in general into one huge, despicable ball. Susie hates to see so many people falling for slickly made videos that blur the line between prostitution and sex trafficking.

If you've been "doxed", you know the dark side of the Internet. Doxing is gathering or hacking into someone's online account and using information without their knowledge. Susie talks about this unsavory practice, which can be a way to seek revenge. Many times it involves posting naked pictures of someone without their consent, possibly to a porn site. Susie finds this behavior to be another form of bashing women by using their sexuality against them. The sleaze factor here is very high.

Susie starts off today's show with a sexy topic: European accounting! Okay, if that doesn't turn you on, you're not alone - but Bloombergview.com reports that the European Union wants to cash in on prostitution, drugs, and other illicit businesses to help boost GDP. These "shadow economies" are being scrutinized and may be forced to join national statistical accounting systems. Susie looks at how the underground world, although illegal, may help these countries' overall numbers to look good on the books.

There's a Republican state legislator from South Dakota who wants to warn everyone about the dangers of anal sex. "Gay sex is not good for the mind or the body," he says. And he's looking for doctors to back him up. Ha! says Susie. Our lawmaker goes on to say that doctors are discouraged and intimated when it comes to telling the truth about anal sex. This makes Susie wonder if everyone has been intimated into silence when it comes to this issue.

Why is a new AIDS preventative pill under attack? Truvada has been dubbed a party drug by conservatives, who see it as an aid to continuing risky sex, rather than something to help people with HIV. Susie reads from Out magazine's article "Why I Am a Truvada Whore". This tongue-in-cheek story shows how mixed up the debate is and likens the fear of HIV protection to the 1960s-era fear of giving birth-control pills to unmarried couples.

Susie asked listeners to send in ideas for topics she should cover as she writes a story about sex for AARP. What is important to talk about regarding sex for the over-50 crowd? The response was overwhelming; you all had much to say, and Susie highlights one listener's letter.

America's latest sex scandal doesn't involve Republican lawmakers or children forced into prostitution. No, it's all about monster porn! You know, books that depict sexy encounters with bigfoot, serpents, aliens, or just about any potentially dangerous big dude. This is a fantasy genre that is bringing in the big bucks.

Today, Susie is examining sex scenes in movies, from the recent Nymphomaniac: Vol 1 to classics such as Caligula, and the truth comes out: stunt workers are having the sex. With special effects, the movie industry can make it seem like A-list stars are actually doing it, but no, says Susie - it's done by doubles who work in porn films.
