First book in 10 book series entitled Limericks for Meditation. Poems numbered 1 to 100. This is a collection of short poems exploring my relationship with myself, others, and God at emotional, psychological, and spiritual levels.

I know we can shape our lives with our words and believe we need to our current reality. I also believe there is the need to use any and all available resources in relation to one’s health and well-being, especially given the very complex lives we all live. These affirmations were designed and written to help anyone improve their health: it can be a small improvement, a starter, for an accomplished fitness individual, someone recuperating, or anyone at any stage of health.
