Dennoch ist sie bereit, für ihn zu kämpfen und den Pakt der Dunkelelfen zu brechen. Mit jedem Tag, der verstreicht, scheint es unmöglicher, gegen die Dunkelheit zu bestehen und das Elfenreich zu retten. Auch Talon ist keine große Hilfe und setzt Calithea unabsichtlich nur noch größeren Gefahr aus. Aber Calithea ist entschlossen. Auch wenn Talon kein Herz in der Brust trägt, wird sie für ihn kämpfen bis zum bitteren Ende.

Von einem attraktiven Erzengel in dessen Palast gebracht zu werden klingt romantischer, als es ist. Zumal Leonora diesen Palast niemals freiwillig betreten hätte. Denn der Erzengel ist niemand anderes als Luzifer, der Herrscher der Hölle. Wer glaubt schon dem Teufel, dass er einem das Leben retten und einen vor den anderen Engeln beschützen möchte?
