Joining us at Audible Studios is Esme Young, English fashion designer and judge on the BBC's The Great British Sewing Bee. Beginning her career in the 1970s, Young established her brand 'Swanky Modes', opening a shop in Camden Town. Her designs were sought after, and appeared in ID and Nova. She has also designed costumes for films such as Bridget Jones's Diary and Trainspotting, including the iconic bunny outfit for Renée Zellweger. Esme Young has now written Behind the Seams, her memoir looking back over her life and time in fashion.

Rinder was called to the Bar in 2001, beginning a pupillage at 2 Paper Buildings before moving to 2 Hare Court as a criminal barrister. Rinder has worked on cases from fraud to murder, and money laundering to political corruption. Having approached ITV with a television script, written in his spare time, he was asked instead to be the face of a British Judge Judy-esque show, thus Judge Rinder was born.

Joining us at Audible is Hollie McNish, the Ted Hughes Award-winning author and poet. Her latest collection, Slug, covers topics from birth to death, sex to sexism and many other everyday challenges we face in the 21st century. We'll be talking to Hollie McNish about her approach to poetry, what she’s most looking forward to about her next gig, and how she has come to feel comfortable discussing things that no one else does.

Her first publication, Psychotherapy, is a collection of poetry exploring the conscious, subconscious and unconscious processes of an ex-therapist trying to leave that world behind. Bad Love, Blue’s novel debut, focuses on Ekuah’s experiences of love, success and the difficult navigation of choices between the two. We chatted to Maame Blue about writing Bad Love, her inclusion in the #TwentyIn2020 initiative and finding her voice as a writer.

Born in Surrey in 1935, Andrews parents divorced and she originally lived with her father, then moved back to live with her mother and stepfather. Her stepfather was turbulent, but he sponsored her voice lessons, and from 1945 Andrews began performing with her mother and stepfather unbilled.

Louise Penny visits the Audible Studios to discuss her latest novel Glass, the latest in the Inspector Gamache series. She talks about the setting, the importance of her characters and storyline over the murder itself, and much more. The previous in the series A Great Reckoning debuted at number one in both the US and Canada on the hardcover list, the ebooks and audio lists - making it the top book in North America.
