This story has been written to get the children of today—and their parents—excited about the natural world and to encourage them to get out there and explore. A Crown beyond Compare is a ninety-day devotional created with the intention of bringing glory to God through the sharing of testimonies from a series of the author's personal life experiences. The intention behind this devotional is to bring encouragement to the listener and foster a stronger relationship with our heavenly Father.

This collection came about while sitting outside, and the poems were inspired by James's brain, which often runs amok. The book contains items from cowboys to clothespins. After setting myself up for failure and my world began to fall apart, I found myself sitting alone, humiliated, and broken beyond repair. There was no way of coming back from this, or was there? I chose to end my life when I could not handle the consequences that came from my own actions. My mind was totally consumed with dark and painful thoughts that I could not let go of, but God, who is in control, decided, "No, Jerome, it's not your time.

These writings are all different from any previous ones. The source of these writings comes from Episcopalian, Pentecostal, and Catholic faiths. It was in a Life in the Spirit It was in a Life in the Spirit Seminar that it all came together. Since then I have written as a charismatic catholic. Jesus is the center of my writings and life. In the Holy Spirit we find our calling. In the majesty of God we find out faith, Jesus. The inspired writings have a compelling fashion. One sold out to Jesus, is the theme. Each day is a new surrender. Each page is the Holy Spirit discernment.
