No one knows how to make a party last quite like me. For real. Technically, I should have graduated three years ago, but I love Smithton, I love hockey, and the team needs a good captain who keeps things fun. That’s me. This is it, though. I can’t delay the inevitable, so yeah…this is officially my last year of college and I’m going out big! Unfortunately, my new roommate is curbing my vibe. In fact, I don’t think Rafe likes me much—total mystery. I’m a nice guy. Ask anyone.

Living in Christmas Town doesn’t make me a fan of the holidays. Quite the opposite. In fact, eleven months out of the year, I’m perfectly happy running my bookstore in peace and quiet. I know Walker’s type—sweet as pie on the outside, a shark on the inside. Get this…he wants to make a deal that sounds a lot like a bribe. Not interested. No way.

The press calls me this year’s hot shot, the rookie who scores at will and conjures plays out of thin air. Truth is… I’m a PR nightmare. Seriously. Ask my agent. My anxiety is off the charts.
