Peter el recadero trajo al estudio de Sherlock Holmes un sombrero viejo de fieltro y un hermoso ganso. "Treasure Island" is an adventure novel by Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson, narrating a tale of "buccaneers and buried gold". First published as a book on May 23, 1883, it was originally serialized in the children's magazine "Young Folks" between 1881 and 1882 under the title "Treasure Island or the mutiny of the Hispaniola", with Stevenson adopting the pseudonym Captain George North.

First serialized in "Outing" magazine, "White Fang" was published in 1906. The story takes place in Yukon Territory, Canada, during the Klondike Gold Rush at the end of the 19th century, and details a wild wolfdog's journey to domestication.

"The Black Tulip" is a historical novel written by Alexandre Dumas.
