I Never Walked Alone is the autobiography of my father, Jerry Hale. I feel very privileged to introduce you to his story. It is the story of some of his boyhood events in Texas during the days of corn and cotton. It tells of his move with his family to the Peace River country of Northern Alberta. As you listen to this book you will know what it is like to carve a farm and ranch out of bush land, raise a family of five children, of which I am the eldest, then ultimately lose his home to the Bank.

I can’t give you every detail of my life with my family. The only thing I can try to do is convince one person out there that no matter what life throws at you and how discouraged you might get because of the hardships you have been tossed into, there is a higher being in the universe who created it and created you and me. He has a plan for each of us. It took me a while to figure that out and find my path.
