Eighteen-year-old hothead Abel "Hood" Duncan is the neighborhood's bully. Growing up in the toughest neighborhood of Annapolis, Hood is groomed to be a hitta. But underneath the tough exterior, Hood has a soft spot for his long time female best friend and neighbor.
