This report wasn’t supposed to exist. And that’s because The Qwikpick Adventure Society wasn’t supposed to exist. After our last adventure, Marilla’s parents wouldn’t let her go on any more adventures, or even talk to me. But then Marilla found something she wanted to do SO bad that she was willing to break her parents’ rules.

This book is full of yawns. And not just your average yawns, either—there are seafaring yawns, giant yawns, miniature yawns, royal yawns, and even yawns with fire coming out of them. This book also contains three precious eggs, one confused dragon, a very silly wizard, and the tiny ghost who haunts his hair. The ghost’s name is Butterscotch. The wizard’s name is Gumluck, and he is a bumbling noodlehead.

Ruthie can’t wait to celebrate Hanukkah. And what makes Hanukkah even better? Pajamakkahs! Ruthie wants to wear them all eight nights, but her parents agree only if she can keep them spotless until the Hanukkah Pajamakkah Party. But eight nights is a long time, and a lot can happen. With a splish, squelch, and a splash, Ruthie keeps her promise of having spotless pajamakkahs in time for the party.
