Aurora isn't the well-mannered, picture-perfect princess her fairy tale paints her out to be. She never bothered to brush her hair, got dirt on her dresses, and was always in fights. She also loved sword fighting, much to her father's dismay. When Aurora's evil stepmother Elspeth kills her, Aurora's servant casts a spell to bring her back from the dead and keep her safe until love's true kiss wakes her from her sleep. Love's true kiss comes in the form of Phillip, an immature thieving commoner on the run from the dashingly handsome Prince Adam.

Set in the 18th century, this new story is based upon two classic tales from the Brothers Grimm: "Snow White and Rose Red" and "Bearskin".

This short story is taken from Uncle Remus and Brer Rabbit by Joel Chandler Harris. Uncle Remus is a collection of animal stories, songs, and oral folklore collected from southern black Americans. Many of the stories are didactic, much like those of Aesop's Fables and Jean de La Fontaine's stories. Uncle Remus is a freedman who serves as a story-telling device, passing on the folktales like the traditional African griot to children gathered around him. Award-winning audiobook narrator and producer Mike Vendetti portrays the kindly old gentleman telling the story.

This is a retelling of The Emperor's New Clothes for you to find the meaning. The Emperor loves to tell jokes. They are very corny jokes. What you might call “dad jokes.” His subjects politely laugh at his puns. More than telling witticisms, the Emperor loves to have new clothes. He cares more about his clothes than his subjects or the kingdom. Both are doing poorly. But, his royal highness is bored with the clothes he has purchased. The Emperor does not like any of the new clothes that he is shown.
