In exchange for “free” medical care, these poor women, young and old, pay dearly by enduring spartan conditions, low-end everything, and a lack of privacy that’s downright appalling. Worse, although there is an experienced M.D. running the joint, a certain Dr. Jesse Langford, nearly all of the “free care” offered here is conducted by three horny young college men, including his lonely, touch-starved son, Byron. All are nothing but first-year pre-med students—woefully unqualified to be ordering shivering women out of their clothes and into a plethora of humiliating procedures.
