It is okay for you to set a goal and to not reach the goal due to the lack of consistency and discipline. Instead of thinking that you're lazy and or unproductive, what if you thought, "Maybe I should just re-evaluate my goal and make it more realistic?" Do you think you would be more consistent and have discipline? I guess we have to find out after you're done listening to the episode.
