'It's Always Been Rising' is a reference to smoke from one of the most famous Hebrew scriptures...About a guy who happened upon a bush that was on fire, but not being burnt up. It is always rising. The title might be the best part. This is about my friends in the disability community, but I don't do them justice and I can't possibly communicate how much they've changed my life. But.
