This week, I’ll be speaking to Adonica Shaw about reproductive health and all of the mental issues that come along with going through and overcoming reproductive health challenges.
For my listening audience, in full transparency, I suffered an 18-year journey to motherhood as I silently dealt with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and there was talks that I had an early onset of endometriosis, uterine fibroids and, ultimately, mental challenges (depression, aggravation and frustration).
On tonight's episode, Adonica and I speak about her reproductive health journey and the mental stress that comes with not knowing what was happening with our bodies.
