Hello! Today's guest Koharu and I released a book entitled "Homemade Sushi: Made with Love" on October 22 and we are celebrating a great launch - #1 New Release in Japanese Cooking, Food and Wine! It didn't take a long time for us to pick a song...『手紙 (letter)』by back number is a beautiful song that a son sings about his mom. (Chiharu is a mom of two boys and I have a boy.)
