 Teams mit 25 und mehr Personen? Die BWL kennt die optimale Führungsspanne von 10 bis 14 Menschen – Mehr geht nicht. Doch was tun, wenn die Teams größer sind? Klar, eine Möglichkeit ist aufspalten und aus einem Team zwei machen, die dann handhabbar sind. Aufgrund von Arbeitsanforderungen und internen Prozessen ist das aber nicht immer möglich. Warum dann nicht mal einen neuen Weg gehen: Die Aufteilung von Management und Leadership auf zwei Köpfe. Nennen wir sie Process Lead und People Lead. Frank hat es zusammen mit einem Kunden umgesetzt und nun sprechen wir mal darüber. Habt Ihr auch dazu Erfahrungen sammeln können?
