Elisabeth Carson is a global speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of Enhanced Flow, a movement helping people rebuild their lives from the inside out by aligning mind, body, and soul. Her work bridges neuroscience, trauma healing, emotional mastery, and biohacking - uniting science and spirituality through lived experience and personal transformation.

Born in South Korea and adopted into a white American family, Elisabeth’s early life was marked by abandonment, identity struggles, and deep emotional pain.

By her teens and early twenties, she was living fast - working as a model, actress, and video vixen, appearing in music videos, TV shows, and films while partying to fill the emptiness inside. Drugs, alcohol, and the chase for validation became her escape, until a breaking point forced her to face herself and completely transform her life.

After hitting rock bottom and even spending time locked up in jail, Elisabeth made the radical decision to change. She found healing through over 100 holistic and scientific modalities, from somatic therapy and neurofeedback to breath-work, energy work, and biohacking.

That deep inner work led her from survival to sovereignty - eventually becoming a pastry chef at an elite country club and restaurant, then a licensed real estate agent despite a felony record, and later working at a mental health facility where she was quickly promoted to president. From there, she went on to help scale a global brand from six to eight figures in just three years, expanding its reach from 3 million to over 11 million followers worldwide.

Today, she mentors thousands through her signature methods - The Mirror Method and The 7-Step Healing Method - guiding others to rewire their minds, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim their purpose. Currently earning her Brain Health Certification through Amen University, Elisabeth has also fallen in love with cellular biology, earning a HarvardX certification on mitochondria and the body’s energy systems. She continues to merge neuroscience and embodiment to teach one truth: healing is the real flex.
