 Every day, individuals can be seen walking around as if they are burning the candle at both ends. Imbalanced intellectual mind activities and excessive thinking can drain the Life Force and deplete the endocrine system rapidly. The depletion and exhaustion of Life Force and body vital water essence (such as hormones) may result in the loss of vitality and youthfulness, and lead to an accelerated aging process. Youthfulness is not determined by chronological age. It depends on the levels and quality of the Life Force, or authentic Qi. Life Force can be produced by the interactions of the Yin and the Yang (one plus one equals three). In other words, the Life Force, or authentic Qi, is the result of Love. Authentic love is very powerful for producing the Life Force within. This fresh and vital Life Force is the fountain of youthfulness.
