This episode was originally going to be about creating without permission then I started planning it and realised we hold back in so many other ways too because we don’t feel ready or like we’ve had the yes to act, either externally or from ourselves. But since we don’t need the green light to create or love or live but it might feel like it… consider this your permission slip. Now it’s time to act!

I’m currently in Lombok, Indonesia (one of my favourite places!!) for a Yoga Teacher Training and feeling inspired to say the least! It’s something I’ve always wanted to do and finally took the leap for it and now I’m here and surrounded by girls with so many different, inspiring stories I just want to share the ITS TIME TO LIVE AND STOP WAITING FOR THE RIGHT MOMENT message… you know the one!
