Jono is a fitness instructor with a background in dance, he has recently began his journey into the humbling world of stand up comedy and is also, genuinely one of the most motivational human beings I've ever come across. In this episode, we discuss Jono's journey from bopping away as a young child to going on to study at New Zealand School of Dance as a Contemporary major, we then discuss his travels - from home, to New York, back home again before finally settling in London where he is currently based. We discuss his discovery of fitness and the relations between his dance career and fitness career and how even unexpected transitions in life can be great life lessons.
