  • Roles are temporary, identity is forever. Identity, especially in Christ, takes precedence over our roles here on earth.
  • Our identity in Christ should be the foundation of what we do - the roles/titles we have don't determine our worth or closeness to God.
  • Not knowing your identity in Christ will likely cause you to fulfill or submit to a role that you were never meant to have & will be detrimental to your growth.
  • Romans 8:10-17!
