World Meditation Day was on the 21st May 2024 and today I sit down with Paige from Blissful Meditation to honor this day. Meditation seems to come with a lot of negative connotations, today’s busy life culture could deem it a waste of time or only for yogie types. But in actual fact the benefits of stillness and sitting with your own thoughts are on another level including lowering blood pressure, promoting better sleep, helping with anxiety and the all important manifesting tool!
